We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 14-Day Limited Warranty against severe manufacturing defects and missing parts, starting from the date of delivery.
What is Covered:
Manufacturing Defects: Major structural failures or defects that prevent the figure from functioning or assembling as intended (excluding standard 3D printing characteristics).
Missing Parts: Any components or accessories that are missing from the package upon initial unboxing.
Transit Damage: Items that arrive physically broken or severely damaged due to mishandling during shipping.
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions): Due to the articulated nature and unique manufacturing process of our collectibles, this warranty does not apply to the following:
Accidental Damage & Improper Handling: Broken joints, snapped pegs, or fractured parts caused by applying excessive force, dropping the figure, or improper assembly. Articulated joints can be tight initially and must be posed gently.
Normal Wear and Tear: Loosening of joints or minor paint/finish wear that occurs naturally over time with regular handling and posing.
Manufacturing Variations: Minor surface artifacts, visible layer lines, and slight color variations. These are natural, unavoidable characteristics of the 3D printing and manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.
Modifications: Any damage resulting from customer modifications, custom painting, or unauthorized alterations to the original product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team through our [Contact Us] page or reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please include:
Your full name and Order Number.
A clear, detailed description of the issue.
High-quality photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage.
Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement part, a full replacement figure, or issue a refund/store credit for the affected item. Depending on your location and our partner warehouses, replacement shipping times may vary.
Toyz Assemble reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the damage is determined to be caused by user error or falls outside the scope of this policy.
